Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us at info@avoriajewelry.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. If fulfilment has not begun, we will try to accommodate your request. Once fulfilment has begun or the order has been dispatched, we may be unable to stop or change it, but you may request a return after delivery.
This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for complete instructions.
Where do you ship, and from where?
We ship to the United States & Ireland. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment facility in Guangzhou, China.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, then standard shipping takes 5 to 9 business days, for a total of about 6 to 11 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships (may take up to 48 hours to activate), or check the Track Your Order page.
What's your return window?
You must notify us that you wish to return an order within 30 calendar days after delivery. After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back using the authorized return address and instructions we provide.

What condition does it need to be in?
Any condition, this applies to full-price and sale items alike.
How do I start a return?
Email info@avoriajewelry.com with your order number or use the contact us page, we'll authorize it and send return instructions. Don't send items back without authorization first.
What should I know about return shipping and refunds?
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect. Authorized returns are normally sent to our fulfilment partner in China, so international return-shipping charges may apply.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage. However, the absence of a tracking number will not automatically make a valid return ineligible for a refund if we receive the goods or you provide other sufficient evidence of return.
There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds include the price paid for the returned goods and any original standard shipping charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How long do refunds take?
5 to 7 business days after we receive your return, sent to your original payment method (your bank may take a bit longer to show it).
Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size/variant you want.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email info@avoriajewelry.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
What is the EU right of withdrawal?
Consumers in Ireland and other European Union countries generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery without providing a reason. Avoria Jewelry voluntarily extends the period for notifying us to 30 calendar days after delivery.
You can exercise this right using our online withdrawal form or by emailing info@avoriajewelry.com. After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back using the authorized return address and instructions we provide.
Authorized returns are normally sent to our fulfilment partner in China, so international return-shipping charges may apply. Customers pay the direct return-shipping cost unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
