Withdraw from your contract
Avoria Jewelry allows customers to notify us that they wish to withdraw from or return an order within 30 calendar days after delivery. For consumers in Ireland and other European Union countries, this voluntary 30-day period includes and extends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You do not need to provide a reason. After submitting this form, you must send the goods back within 14 calendar days using the authorized return address and instructions we provide. We will send an acknowledgement to your email address containing the information submitted and the date and time of submission. If your order has already entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may be unable to stop delivery, and the goods will need to be returned after they arrive.
What happens next?
Submitting this form gives Avoria Jewelry formal notice that you wish to withdraw from the identified contract.
We will send an acknowledgement to the email address entered above without undue delay. The acknowledgement will include the information submitted and the date and time of submission.
If fulfilment or delivery cannot be stopped, you must return the goods using the instructions and authorized return address we provide. Do not send goods to our Irish registered office or any other address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
You must send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Customers are responsible for direct return-shipping costs unless the goods are damaged, defective or incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This statutory withdrawal form is separate from Avoria Jewelry’s commercial 30-day return policy. For ordinary returns outside the statutory withdrawal period, please review our Return and Refund Policy or contact info@avoriajewelry.com.
